Coach Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the ChatMini Coach Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as a Coach in the ChatMini community, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Online Presence: A commitment of at least 8 hours per day for 20 days within a 30-day period.
• Active Participation: Demonstrated engagement with participants in chat rooms.
• Appropriate Identity: No use of vulgar or offensive identities within the ChatMini platform.
• Tenure: A minimum of 2 months of active membership in the ChatMini app.
• User Level: Attainment of at least Level 25 within the ChatMini app.
• Community Engagement: A positive influence that fosters fun and inclusivity within the community.

3. Selection Process

• Monthly Review: Coach selections are reviewed and revised on the first day of every month.
• Inclusivity: Both genders are encouraged to apply. ChatMini aims to select as many qualified Coaches as possible each month.

4. Coach Benefits

• Credits Bonus: Each Coach will receive a bonus of 75,000 Credits upon selection.
• Identification: Coaches will be distinguished by an orange color designation within the ChatMini platform.

5. Term and Renewal

• Validity: The Coach designation is valid for 30 days from the date of selection.
• Renewal: Coaches may be re-selected in subsequent months if they continue to meet the eligibility criteria.

6. Code of Conduct

Coaches are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior, including but not limited to:

• Respect: Treating all community members with respect and courtesy.
• Integrity: Maintaining honesty and transparency in all interactions.
• Compliance: Adhering to all ChatMini community guidelines and policies.

7. Termination

ChatMini reserves the right to revoke Coach status at any time for violations of these terms and conditions or any behavior deemed detrimental to the community.

8. Amendments

ChatMini may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Coaches will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
